Forget about dieting when you have killer deserts like the Opéra.
I have a thing for Bakerzin cakes. I feel the cakes are very sincerely made. Every layer of it is a representation of the labour behind in making this cake possible. I am getting all emo here...
The Opéra is a blend of chocolate ganache, coffee syrup, coffee butter cream and Jaconde sponge. I have no idea what those are but they sure taste good.
